How to overcome your fear of public speaking

Marketing Clinic

Public speaking is one of the most important forms of communication. It allows us to form connections, influence decisions and motivate change. It can help us to advance our career, accelerate our business and create opportunities.

Whether we’re talking in a team meeting, presenting in front of an audience or introducing our business at a networking event, we all have to speak in public from time to time. Yet most of us dread it because how we present i.e. whether we do it well, are a bit “meh” or completely fall flat on our faces determines the way that people think about us. This is why public speaking causes so many people SO much anxiety and concern.

The good news is that, with preparation and practice, you can overcome your nervousness and perform exceptionally well. Our guest Speaker, Fiona Whytehead, an experienced trainer and coach, specialising in face-to-face communication, will explain how.

So book your space for our next Marketing & Networking Clinic on 18th February to learn how to:

  • feel comfortable and excited about speaking and presenting to grow your business
  • make good connections in order to meet your clients’ needs
  • present your best self for each occasion to be successful

This will be a great chance to banish those butterflies and feel confident about your speaking. Make sure you book your space by clicking here
