KIX JAZZ ORCHESTRA return for their third year for another pre-Christmas charity fundraiser at the Earl Haig, Crouch End.
KIX are a 17-piece big band with singer Kate Daniels performing a varied and exciting repertoire including Latin, Swing Standards, Originals, Gordon Goodwin arrangements and more.
Once again KIX are supporting the Refugee Resilience Collective. RCC are a team of therapists and psychologists who have been offering resilience-based support to refugees and volunteers in the Calais area since March 2016.
We support volunteers valiantly trying to meet the needs of unaccompanied minors, families and other refugees sleeping rough in the area and work to raise awareness about the inhumane and dangerous conditions in which they are living.
This year’s fundraising gig is on Tuesday November 27 at Earl Haig Hall, Elder Avenue, from 8pm to 10.30pm. Tickets cost £10 a head and are available from Eventbrite and on the KIX JAZZ ORCHESTRA Facebook page.
