Crouch End Picturehouse opens on Friday 27 November
with Carol and Bridge Of Spies
and 50% off all food in the first week!
Friday 13 November: Crouch End Picturehouse, a new four-screen cinema with ground-floor café and first-floor restaurant, by Panter Hudspith Architects, will open its doors to the public on Friday 27 November. The opening films at the new local community cinema include Todd Haynes’s Carol starring Cate Blanchett, and Steven Spielberg’s Cold War thriller Bridge Of Spiesstarring Tom Hanks.
The Picturehouse includes a ground-floor café and first-floor restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from a menu by award-winning chef Mathew Weaving that includes sustainably sourced fish, and meat from local favourite Muddy Boots. Diners can enjoy a 50% discount on all food in the opening week.
A Family Day has been planned for Saturday 5 December that includes a special screening of Pixar’s new animation The Good Dinosaur, with tickets from just £.1.50 and activities as part of our weekly Kids’ Club.
Crouch End Picturehouse Members will be the first to try out the new cinema, with a free preview of Carol and free tickets to the live broadcast of the Kenneth Branagh Theatre Company’s The Winter’s Tale starring Judi Dench, both on the evening of 26 November. Founder Memberships are on sale now.
