It’s a breeze

summer outfitBreezing in this summer fashion is a mixed bag of trends. But with festival season, school fairs and street parties I’ve had the chance to smooch around to see what us fashion bunnies are looking hot in.

Festival fever brought us the pretty grunge look – a combination of punk v grunge with a hint of prettiness thrown in. But what does this mean? Simple…. floral and Paisley fabrics; maxi skirts, with printed tees, or oversized sweaters teamed up with a kilt – yep you heard it, a kilt! I simply love Thu Thu at Harvey Nichols but if the shocking £350 price tag tips the bank balance too much into the red then take a peek at ASOS or French Connection.

It was a breath of fresh air to see A-line suits and dresses making a hit this Summer/Autumn when they floated down the catwalk. My fav is Ted Baker £159.00 such a stunning little number; finish them off with New Look’s Savannah heeled blue shoessandals a snip at £19.99

The 90’s rewind with the Dungarees makes my 3rd on the list, with the high street gong full throttle showcasing not just the traditional denim-look but an array of colours.  Yes puh-lease.  Check out this lot.
