Come and meet some of the biggest stars of the fitness scene at SF Studios who will be discussing Fitness in the Digital Age.
On the 18th of March, we are hosting a very special event as part of London Book & Screen Week. Some of the biggest stars of the fitness scene will come to our studio SF Movement to discuss Fitness in the Digital Age.
The personal trainer and fitness expert Faya Nilsson (founder of the Fitness on Toast blog), the co-founder of LDN Muscle, James Exton, and the Instagram sensation Alice Liveing (Clean Eating Alice) have all built a dedicated following on the web, before they went on to publish successful books:
Leaner, Fitter, Stronger
By James Exton
Fit in 3: the Scandi Plan
By Faya Nilsson
Clean Living Alice: Eat Well Every Day
By Alice Liveing
We are delighted to host this unique panel discussion on fitness, health and wellbeing, and the connection between staying fit and the web. The discussion will be chaired by Vicki-Marie Cossar, Health, Fitness and Beauty Editor at Metro. The discussion will be followed by an audience Q&A and book signings. We are working in partnership with local booksellers, Daunt Books, and you will be able to buy copies of all three titles on the day.
This is a unique opportunity to hear from a diverse group of experts in the surroundings of our state-of-the-art SF Movement studio in the heart of South End Green.
