Reduce Eye Strain With This Little Trick


Tired of reading about how using your phone at night can affect how you sleep? Studies say that seeing the blue light from your screen at night tricks your eyes into thinking it’s still daytime.

Nevertheless, sometimes you just want to curl up in bed and have a good old browse through your phone, so why not instead help your eyes with a yellow display hue? (It’s said to help).

Simply head into Settings > Display and look for either ‘Night Shift’ on iPhone or something similar such as ‘Blue Light’ or ’Night Light’ on Android.
