Local Care Agency Employing More People

MORE jobs are being created locally thanks to the growth of local care agency Home Care Preferred.

Managing director Ken Waterhouse explained, “When we started the business in 2012 we had just two people in the office and a handful of care staff. We now have a team of ten people at our office based in Winchmore Hill and over seventy care staff supporting local people. This number is growing month by month”

The encouraging news is that Home Care Preferred is recruiting care team members on a weekly basis to assist with supporting new clients.

Nav Dhar, the care manager at Home Care Preferred commented, “In addition to care workers we also have an exciting Sales and Marketing position available and we are seeking applications from people who have a passion for the care sector, some sales and marketing experience and can drive. Anyone interested should contact our HR and Recruitment Executive, Monica Murphy for an informal discussion about the role”.

Home Care Preferred will be franchising in 2016 and this will bring further commercial and job opportunities both locally and within London and the Home Counties.
