I’m Sarah, a Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach for Women.
I deliver a unique approach to training that is women-specific. I am a health & fitness advocate because it makes me feel better. Not just physically but mentally & emotionally too. I have more energy, increased confidence & wellbeing from keeping active. I want to help other women to feel the same.
