If you are lucky enough to have the motivation of a superhero and putting on a pair of trainers and pounding the pavements is your type of exercise, then lucky you as this is an inexpensive and great form of exercise. If you love running but prefer to do it with other people to stay motivated then a running club is perfect for you. You can meet new people, socialise and get fit all at once.
Some wonderful companies and people run free classes from yoga to Zumba
All branches have free classes. Pop into the branch and get a free membership card and call to book classes. The card will also get you special offers and discounts instore.

Obviously Parks and woods are wonderful for running around but many in London have fitness equipment too which is perfect for circuits and you get to work out in the fresh air.
Free weekly organised 5km timed runs is parks across the U.K. If there isn’t currently one set up in your area you can work with them to arrange one. Park Run works with sponsors to make the events free.

If you prefer to do your workout in your own house then there are plently of fitness videos on youtube to work out with. The benefit of this is you can do a different work out every day and never get bored.
