How did you get into music?
Ha ha, I started playing piano when I was 4 and it all started there… I didn’t get into it, it was already there I guess
Who do you follow religiously on Twitter?
No-one, I don’t think I would ever do something religiously…
What have you been reading lately?
The papers mostly and various reports on the web, I write about what’s going on so I read about what’s going on…
Who is the most influential person in your life?
(and my German Shepherd puppy, Watson)
Which song do you wish you had written?
“Blowing in the wind” but I’m glad Bob wrote it when he wrote it and sang it the way he sings it
Does God exist?
If there wasn’t a god, we would invent one.
Who would you dread getting stuck in a lift with?
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I’ll tell you when that happens.
What song will you have played at your funeral?
Nimrod by Elgar
What gigs, songs or albums are you promoting at the moment?
I’ve got an EP out entitled “Snapshots of Reality” which it abut capturing moments in our lives and I run the Driftwood Sessions at the Elgin in Ladbroke Grove the first Wednesday of every month where I get the best singer/songwriter talent I come across to come down and play a few tunes. There are some seriously talented people out there, great musicians, superb singers and great writers…although these days it’s like they are refugees from a world where music has no meaning
