Alexandra Park and Palace Charitable Trust is a registered charity. We are responsible for the upkeep of the building and grounds, and providing a year-round programme of culture, leisure and entertainment, as well as creative learning opportunities. To do this, we need your help.
This much loved venue has a fascinating and unique history, but the passage of time has taken its toll on the building with many parts currently derelict. With your help, we are breathing new life into these spaces and educating people on our past, starting with the restoration of the East Court and Theatre.
Through our Creative Learning programme we work with communities across Haringey and beyond to engage people with the building’s incredible story. Working with partners we are creating innovative, inclusive and democratic learning opportunities that are designed to stimulate curiosity, challenge assumptions, and promote wellbeing and creativity for all.
As a charity, every £1 we make is reinvested back into the organisation – but restoring and repairing this building is a huge task.
You can support the restoration of the Theatre and there are a number of ways to do this including naming a seat in the balcony or one of the retractable seats in the stalls. There are a total of 323 seats in the balcony and 308 retractable seats in the stalls.
Every donation over £25 will be credited on our donor board in the restored East Court – a permanent tribute to those who played a part in transforming Alexandra Palace.
